Library staff will be available to assist students, faculty and staff remotely via email and Microsoft Teams.
Databases and Online Services
All library databases will remain accessible 24×7 to Thomas students, faculty, and Staff. New databases are being added constantly and updates will be posted as these become available.

Overdue Books/Media Items
All books and media items signed out from Thomas College will be extended. Overdue charges will be waived.

Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
At this time, all ILL deliveries are suspended indefinitely. No materials will be delivered to Thomas College until further notice.
ILL materials currently signed out by Thomas students, faculty and staff have had their due dates automatically extended until July 1st, 2020.
The Service Desk will continue to support faculty teaching classes remotely, and students who may require assistance with online courses. Please contact Jeff Ferguson with any questions via Microsoft Teams or firstname.lastname@example.org.

Audio/Visual and Equipment Services
At this time, all audio/visual and sign-out equipment services are suspended. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide computers to students due to limited equipment availability. Students who are unable to access a computer or the internet from home should contact their individual instructor(s) to make alternative arrangements to complete coursework.
Thomas faculty and staff members who need equipment to work remotely should make special arrangements with Jeff Ferguson (email@example.com).
4/2/20: Equipment Update: Due to the Stay Healthy At Home order issued this week by Governor Mills, library staff will be working remotely. Only emergency requests for equipment will be considered at this time.
