Experience the amenities you need to feel right at home.

At Thomas College, we know that your continued success depends on affordable, comfortable housing — with resources and a community that make it possible to achieve your academic and co-curricular goals.

Explore your future home.

Our campus has five residence halls and one off-campus residential option, each offering slightly different living arrangements. However, every on-campus student residence guarantees the same essentials: free laundry facilities, wireless internet, access to live TV with a Roku streaming device, study rooms, common areas, kitchens, student mailboxes.

Hinman Hall

Pod-style living for first-year students.

Hinman Hall is our newest residence hall and offers modern rooms and proximity to the Village Quad.

Grant, Parks, Heath (GPH)

Single, double, and triple rooms for first-year and upper-class students.

GPH is our most social residence hall, offering lots of common space for the quintessential college experience.

Bartlett Hall

Suite-style living for upper-class students.

Bartlett Hall is one of our best spaces for a co-ed group of friends seeking a way for their community to live together.

Townhouses

Suite-style living for upper-class and graduate students.

Townhouses offer the perfect taste of apartment living—but with the amenities of a traditional residential experience.

Village Residences

Double and triple rooms for upper-class students.

Village Residences mean private bathrooms—and also direct access to the Village Quad for communal outdoor time.

Snow Pond

Single rooms for upper-class students on a waterfront property minutes from campus.

Snow Pond’s lakeside residences provide an easy and comfortable off-campus living experience with a host of on-site amenities and activities—on top of all that the College offers right on campus.

Make your home feel like home.

It’s easy to settle into your residence hall. In your space, you’ll have your own bed frame, mattress, dresser, desk, desk chair, and closet space or closet wardrobe — whether you’re living in a double, triple, or single room.

You’re responsible for bedding and decor, as well as any approved appliances you’d like. Please refer to our packing guidelines and additional information for residents.

If you need to purchase any home furnishings, Waterville offers a TJ Maxx that is 2 miles from campus and a Walmart Supercenter 4.5 miles away. You can find Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and more in the Augusta area, which is under 30 minutes from campus.
