Josh Devou ‘17 is known for his excellent customer service and attention to detail with every task and project he takes on.
A three-year employee of the College, Josh, Program Coordinator for the Harold Alfond® Institute for Business Innovation at Thomas College, is being recognized for his exceptional customer service, being a team player, providing a personal experience, completion of a project, and improving systems/processes.
“Josh is on top of his game,” said a colleague. “He is an asset to his department and to Thomas College. He’s always bright, cheery, and professional. He is willing to go the extra mile to get things done.”
Josh’s role as Program Coordinator means he regularly manages and juggles multiple projects and tasks at any given time – and he does so with extreme attention to detail, efficiency and positivity.
“Even though he has a lot of work to do, he is always willing to help others with their projects, especially if it will help further the College,” said another coworker. “Josh is an alumnus turned employee who will always care deeply about the mission of Thomas and its students.”
