Kristin Bishop, Assistant Director of Graduate Recruiting, is known for her extremely empathetic nature and hard work ethic.

Kristin, an employee of the College for more than a year, is being recognized as this month’s Terrier STAR for her career focus, institutional inventiveness, care and community, and providing a personalized experience and inspiring environment.

Simply put: “Kristin’s positive attitude and enthusiasm are unmatched,” said a colleague.

For those who work with Kristin, they can attest that she is a joy to be around. She truly cares about her colleagues, students, and outside partners, and loves getting to know them as people.

“Kristin is always very friendly, willing to help anyone, is knowledgeable of her position and the Grad office overall and has a caring attitude toward her co-workers and guests. Plus, she always has treats for us,” said another colleague.

“Anytime I go into her office, I always feel welcome and appreciated for the work I need to do there. She is extremely easy to talk to and get along with and is overall a great person,” said a coworker.

Thomas College is so lucky to have someone like Kristin here, making students’ dreams come true.
