To the Thomas College Community,

Your second test must then be done Thursday, March 11th, Friday, March 12th, or Saturday, March 13th, 2021.  Modified testing hours are below:

  • Residents must come at their scheduled arrival time (see email from Hannah Gladstone, Dean of Students).  If you show up without notice or when you are not scheduled, you will not be allowed on campus
  • Residents must check-in at the gym lobby immediately upon arrival to campus (do not go to residences first)
  • ALL Resident Students MUST TEST on Friday March 12th, Saturday March 13th, or Sunday March 14th, 2021 (upon your scheduled arrival time)

TRAVEL REMINDERS

Any community members who traveled and returned from a non-exempt state or out of the country must show a negative COVID test administered within 72 hours of arrival obtained from an outside facility (e.g. Walk-In Care, CVS, etc).  Travelers to non-exempt areas must remain off campus until a negative test result is obtained without exception.

  • Travelers may not use on-campus testing facilities for this purpose
  • Students traveling to a non-exempt state must notify Hannah Gladstone
  • Employees traveling to a non-exempt state must notify Michelle Joler-Labbe

Finally, as you begin to think about departing for spring break, I urge everyone to continue to practice good COVID behaviors over the break–socially distance, wear your mask, wash your hands.  While indicators in Maine and across the U.S. should give us all hope, we must still support and protect each other so we can end our year together safe and healthy.

With deep respect,
