Worthington Scholarship Foundation

Our world is shaped by those with the courage to dream of a better future and the tenacity to bring it to life. The Worthington Scholarship Foundation is committed to empowering the next generation of Mainers as you shape the future of our state and begin your own journey toward a brighter future.

Scholarships are awarded annually to graduates of partner high schools who plan to enroll full-time at one of our partner colleges or universities. They award scholarships based on both merit and financial need. Unlike many traditional scholarship programs, they consider each applicant holistically, and pride themselves on providing scholarships to candidates whose grit and determination reflect the very spirit of Maine.

Their scholarships are renewable for up to eight semesters of post-secondary education, and can be applied to full-time programs offered in community colleges and four-year institutions.
