The Thomas College Graduate and Professional Studies (GPS) Division is dedicated to supporting lifelong learning for working professionals and adult learners. Thomas College offers a flexible, online program designed to fit your busy life.

Flexible Online Learning


Study on your schedule. With six, 8-week terms per year, this asynchronous degree completion program will allow you to earn your bachelor’s degree in no time.

  • Small Classes & Personal Advising: Receive individual support from experienced instructors with real-world expertise.
  • Transfer Credits Accepted: This program was designed for students who have completed some college credit but never graduated.  We’ll accept up to 90 credits toward this 120-credit degree program.

Admissions Made Simple


Applications are reviewed year-round for entry into the Fall I, Spring I, and  Summer II terms.  To apply for the Bachelor of Business Management program:

  1. Submit your high school transcript or GED Certificate.
  2. Provide a recommendation letter from a professional colleague or academic advisor.
  3. Send official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
  4. Optional: Share your resume or Statement of Purpose essay outlining your goals.

Application Process (Domestic)

  1. Submit a free online graduate application.
  2. Request that all colleges and universities you previously attended send an official transcript to the GPS Office at Thomas College:
    • Contact the Registrar at your previous institution(s). Transcripts can be sent electronically to [email protected] or mailed to the graduate office at:

    • College seniors may apply in advance of graduation. Seniors should submit current unofficial transcripts and request that an updated official transcript be submitted after the degree is conferred.
    • Thomas alumni do not need to submit a Thomas transcript.
  3. Request two letters of reference from employers, mentors, professors, or college advisors you feel are best suited to speak to your ability to succeed in a graduate program. In the application portal, you will be asked to enter the name and contact information for two professional references. This will send an automated email with a personalized upload link directly to your references where they can upload their letter.
  4. A minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 is expected for graduate admittance.
    Applicants who have met the program prerequisites and have an undergraduate GPA of 2.75-2.9 may be reviewed by the Provost for consideration of admission to a graduate program. Relevant professional work experience is considered if the undergraduate GPA admission criteria is not met.
  5. Optional Materials:
    • Current resume or Curriculum Vitae
    • Statement of Purpose essay outlining your rationale for pursuing advanced education in light of current educational, career, and personal goals.

NOTE: All students who have completed complementary nine credits (3 classes) at the graduate level are required to complete an application for admission before being permitted to register for their next course.
