Paying Your Deposit or Bill Online is Easy & Secure
New U.S. Students

Current Students
Use your Thomas College 'myThomas' single sign-on to pay your bill, pay for Terrier Bucks, or add funds to your student card.
International Students
Use Flywire to make your enrollment deposit or to make a payment on your existing bill.
Payment Info for Families
Your student must add you as an authorized user. On the Overview screen in their myThomas account. Your student should click the 'Need Help Paying' tile, fill out the pop-up form, and clicks'Send Invitation.' You will then receives an email with login steps and can then make payments just like your student.
Alumni with a Student Balance
Log into Transact using the button below. Use your personal email address and birthdate password in the format: YYYYMMDD to pay an existing balance.
Paying a Student Bill? Information for Families
Parents, guardians, and other family members who wish to access and pay a student’s bill must first be authorized by the student.
To request access:
- Ask your student to log in to their Thomas College student payment account.
- From the account overview screen, select “Need Help Paying.”
- The student will enter the name and email address of the person they wish to authorize.
- The student will select “Send Invitation.”
The authorized payer will receive an email invitation with instructions for accessing their account and making payments.
Please note:
Students must initiate this process. Family members cannot establish access to a student’s billing account independently.
