Guaranteed Job ProgramTM

The Guaranteed Job ProgramTM sets Thomas College from others. We’re so confident in the relevance of our students’ education that we can guarantee they will find a job within six (6) months of graduation.

In the one-of-a-kind program, you’ll work with faculty, staff, and employer partners throughout your college career to take steps that have been proven to lead to success in the job search.

Program Benefits

If the student is employed within 6 months of graduation but the current position is not in their field of study, the student may elect ONE (1) of the following educational benefits:

  1. The student may enroll, tuition-free, in an unlimited number of undergraduate courses at Thomas College for up to two (2) years.
  2. The student may enroll, tuition-free, in up to six (6) online/evening graduate courses at Thomas College.
