Prospective Students

• Apply anytime! Thomas College accepts applications year-round. There are no fees. There are no essay requirements.
• After you apply, you’ll receive an e-mail with information about how to check the status of your application.
• When you have submitted your complete application, which includes high school transcripts or GED certificate and transcripts from any prior colleges, an admission decision will be made within 2 weeks.

For new Thomas Terriers:

• Thomas College does not require standardized test scores such as the SAT or ACT.
• An essay or letters of recommendation are generally not required, but check with your specific program requirements.

For international students:

• You must show evidence of English language proficiency, take the Kaplan Test of English, and submit a declaration of financial status.
• Graduate international students must also solicit two (2) letters of recommendation, which must be submitted directly by the authors to the “Recommenders” tab via the online application portal.

For transfer students:

• The application process is the same as for a first-year student, except you should submit your official college transcripts for a credit evaluation.
• Thomas College may accept up to 90 credits towards your bachelor’s degree, as long as you earned a grade of C or better in the course and the coursework fits within your degree template at Thomas.
