Event Information

New Terrier Experience is an exciting 2 days on campus! It’s your chance to jumpstart your Thomas College career and experience what living on campus will feel like.

Bring your family and join other new Terriers to tour campus, meet with student leaders and faculty, enjoy lunch in the dining center, and get your questions answered – so that when you join us in the fall for New Terrier Orientation, you’ll be ready for success.

Please complete an individual registration for each student. Students can access the registration form using their Thomas College Application credentials.

Open Campus
  • Student Financial Services and Registrar office will be open for meetings
  • Enjoy games on the quad

4:30pm

Barbecue Begins (Campus Quad)

6:00pm

Orientation Group Check-In (Campus Quad)
At this time, families may head to the President’s Reception and students will join their Orientation Leader based on the color on their nametag.

6:15pm

Student Evening Activities (Various Locations)
  • Games on the Quad
  • Crafting Corner
  • Open Mic Night

Family Evening Activity (Library)
President’s Reception in the Library

Resource Fair- Representatives will be available throughout the afternoon to answer questions and otherwise help students prepare for their first year at Thomas College. Please see list below of available departments and their afternoon locations.

Select faculty advisors will be available for 1:1 meetings with students and families. All students will be registered for a meeting time, please check your nametag/schedule for your meeting time and location!
