Technical Support Areas
Technical support is able to assist students, faculty, and staff in a variety of areas.
The Service Desk is dedicated to assisting students, faculty, and staff of Thomas College with the following:
- Connecting your computer and mobile devices to the Thomas College Network
- Finding library resources
- Providing computer and A/V equipment for campus use
- …and any other IT or Library item
Our department uses a ticket queue system to ensure that support requests are routed efficiently. Please be sure to select a “Priority” level that accurately reflects your need. We strive to assist everyone as soon as reasonably possible.
