Technology Forms & Policies
Information Technology forms & policies cover student, faculty, and alumni use, personal computer support, and residence hall damage.
An Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is a set of rules that explains how people are allowed to use the college’s resources, services, or systems. These resources might include technology networks, websites, equipment, facilities, or institutional services.
Our use policies define:
- Permitted activities – how resources should be used appropriately
- Prohibited activities – behaviors that are not allowed (misuse, illegal activity, harassment, etc.)
- User responsibilities – expectations for ethical and responsible use
- Consequences – what happens if someone violates the policy.
