We are only able to process Transcript Requests through Parchment.com and cannot take paper requests at this time.

Thomas College is pleased to use Parchment Exchange as our trusted agent for processing all transcript requests as well as delivering academic transcripts electronically. It is secure and allows you to track your request online at any time.

Students have two options for requesting official transcripts. The most convenient and recommended method is to use Parchment, the trusted online provider chosen by Thomas College to provide electronic transcript delivery. The fees for transcripts sent by Parchment are $3 for electronic delivery or $5.50 for paper transcripts ordered online and sent by mail.

The methods for requesting transcripts are explained in more detail below. No matter the request method used, a transcript will not be released until all financial and/or administrative obligations to the College have been satisfied. Transcripts may either be issued now or after the current semester’s final grades are posted. The Federal Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) requires a signature to release a transcript to be on file. Please allow 3-5 business days for transcript to be processed.

  • Log in to Exchange.Parchment.com.
  • The first time you use this service you will establish an account. Once the account is set up and confirmed, you will be able to order your transcript.

Request In Person

Paper requests are not being accepted at this time. 

Download a copy of the Transcript Request form. Submit the hand signed form by mail, scanned and emailed, faxed, or dropped off in person in the Registrar’s Office. Telephone and email requests are not accepted. Transcripts cannot be released if the student has outstanding financial obligations to the College. Paper transcripts requested in person at the Registrar’s Office are $8.00 per transcript and can only be mailed. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing for in-person orders.
