Wabanaki Perspectives

April 15 @ 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm
Free

Join us for an engaging and thoughtful dialogue centered on Wabanaki perspectives, hosted by the Thomas Sustainability Association. This event is an opportunity to learn about the history, culture, and ongoing leadership of Wabanaki tribes, with a focus on their deep-rooted practices of sustainable land stewardship.

We’ll explore how Wabanaki history connects to climate justice, tribal sovereignty, and current legislation shaping Indigenous rights today. This space is designed for listening, learning, and meaningful conversation.

Attendees who participate in the dialogue will receive a $15 stipend as a thank-you for engaging in this educational experience.

Homemade protien cookies and coffee will be provided—come ready to learn, reflect, and connect in a welcoming environment.
