Ben Hubert ’13, M.B.A. ’14 is no stranger to hard work and in his late twenties, finds himself as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of F3 Manufacturing in Waterville, which produces aluminum bodies and accessories for trucks and vans. The company was ranked as one of the fasting growing companies in Maine by Inc. 5000 in 2017.
Ben stepped into his new role in December and works closely with fellow alumni Ryan Veilleux ’15, Patrick Rogers ’15, Julian Margitza ’16, and Travis Blondin ’15, M.B.A. ’16 – all of whom help to manage various elements of running the business, from accounting and operations to marketing and sales.

“Thomas College provided an environment for success, where I focused on my goals and completed my Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and IT Management and my Master’s in Business Administration in five years,” says Ben. “The educational experience was a great foundation for the start of my career. With a strong community and network, I was able to find a job right out of school, which lead me to the job I have now. Much of my success stems from my college experience.”
