Events & Workshops
The Office of Professional & Career Development hosts a number of events and workshops for students throughout the year. From Career Readiness Week, to Career Fairs, to Résumé Writing, Interviewing, and LinkedIn Workshops, our goal is to prepare you to succeed and land the job of your dreams.
Throughout the year, Professional & Career Development (PCD) hosts various workshops focused on professional development and career exploration:
- Panels: Alumni and Industry experts discuss diverse career paths and interview strategies.
- Roundtable Discussions: Topics include stepping out of comfort zones and exploring opportunities in for-profit and non-profit sectors.
- Speakers: Topics range from the importance of internships to women in leadership and crafting effective elevator pitches.
- Lunch and Learns: Sessions on early investing and employment opportunities.
- Networking: PCD facilitates connections through alumni networks, industry expert workshops, and on-campus interviews.
