Thomas Innovation Challenge
The Thomas Innovation Challenge is a six-week innovation sprint empowering Thomas College students to design, prototype, and pitch original products—from board games to gadgets—using design thinking and 3D printing tools. Grand Prize: $1,000 for the best market-ready innovation.
Throughout the semester, a handful of elite Thomas College students partner with local businesses and implement the Design Thinking process to help solve the problems of real organizations in the community. The Innovation Challenge allows students to be immersed in organizations around the State and talk to numerous residents, employers, and industries to develop action plans and innovate solutions for the real-life challenges faced by companies, non-profits, or municipalities.
