Leaders Building Central Maine's Future
Central Maine’s businesses, nonprofits, and communities need civic-minded leaders. The Thomas College Leadership Fellows Program is a three-month program that develops emerging leaders in the Waterville area and puts their skills to work for the region. Fellows serve a local nonprofit on a defined initiative, learn alongside leaders from across the area, and hear from leaders in industry, economic development, and nonprofits about how they lead here. Each Fellow finishes with a written commitment to stay engaged in the community.
$1,100 per participant, which is invoiced after acceptance. Apply by December 31, 2026.
