The Maine Transfer Guarantee Program
The Maine Transfer Guarantee is a transfer partnership between the Maine Community College system & participating 4-year colleges & universities.
The Maine Transfer Guarantee is a transfer partnership between the Maine Community College System and participating four-year colleges and universities. Eligible Maine Community College Associate degree graduates are able to transfer seamlessly – admission guaranteed!
The Maine Transfer Guarantee ensures acceptance to Thomas College, and all other participating institutions, for students who meet certain criteria. Students who do not meet the qualifications to apply under the Maine Transfer Guarantee Program are still encouraged to apply through the normal transfer process.
Thomas College will evaluate student transcripts for the “best fit” or intended major and review courses per the official transcript for their degree program. All transfer policies for credit evaluation will be followed.
Students in the Maine Transfer Guarantee Program will engage with Admissions and Registrar staff prior to enrollment at Thomas College to discuss their academic pathway to a bachelor’s degree.
