Teaching Philosophy
My teaching approach/pedagogy is social constructivism. I find that as a teacher it is essential to have a collaborative learning environment where the student feels that they have an active role in their education. As a teacher I have found that when a student feels empowered in their learning, they tend to take it more seriously and ask questions.
