Andrew Pullen brings more than a decade of experience in facilities management, leadership, and community service. Most recently, he served as Facilities Manager at Saint Michael’s School in Augusta, where he oversaw building operations, managed maintenance staff and volunteers, coordinated vendor relationships, and ensured compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Throughout his career, Andrew has demonstrated a strong commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and helping others succeed. Prior to his facilities leadership role, he worked with Gallant Therapy Services, supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as a Direct Support Professional, Behavioral Health Professional, and Job Coach.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Andrew has devoted many years to coaching youth basketball, leading programs that achieved multiple championship titles while fostering player development and sportsmanship.
