Eric Norman brings over two decades of senior financial leadership experience across colleges, universities, and independent schools, including service as CFO, VP for Finance, and Chief Operating Officer. His background spans strategic financial planning, budget management, investment and endowment oversight, risk management, capital project planning, and leading institution-wide operational functions. His extensive experience in higher education finance, combined with his proven ability to guide complex organizational change, will be a tremendous asset to Thomas College.
