Kelley Shimansky joined Tyler in 2018 as the chief human resources officer. She has more than 30 years of experience in global HR leadership, with extensive knowledge of IPO, global mergers and acquisitions, recruiting, compensation, benefits, succession planning, leadership development, talent strategy, and policy development. Kelley oversees human resources for Tyler’s growing team members across the US, Canada, Philippines and India.
Prior to Tyler, Kelley held roles in US and International human resources leadership for Dechra Pharmaceuticals, Putney, Inc., WEX, and KeyCorp. Kelley has a bachelor’s degree from Thomas College and an MBA from the University of Maine, Orono. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and experienced facilitator of individual, leadership and team effectiveness tools including MBTI, LEA, Facilitative Leadership, Working Genius, and StrengthsFinder.
