Kyle Soldano, Ed.D.

Associate Professor of Business

Dr. Kyle Soldano joined the Thomas College faculty in the spring of 2026. He has taught a wide range of courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, including courses in marketing, finance, economics, and business technology.

Before coming to Thomas College, Dr. Soldano served as an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Colby-Sawyer College and as an adjunct faculty member at Rivier University. At Colby-Sawyer, he was actively engaged in institutional service, representing the School of Business and Social Sciences on the institutional budget committee, chairing the Faculty Development Committee, and serving on the Wesson Honors Advisory Committee. At Rivier, he served as a faculty mentor for new adjunct faculty teaching finance courses.

Prior to academia, Dr. Soldano spent nearly a decade in sales and marketing, primarily in New England’s highly competitive craft beer industry. He served as a Regional Manager for one of Maine’s largest breweries, where he oversaw new product launches, managed distribution partnerships, and drove sales. He also managed a territory of more than 100 business accounts for a local Anheuser-Busch distributor. His professional experiences have informed his teaching and helped him bring practical, real-world applications to the classroom.

Dr. Soldano’s research has focused on student success and the role of technology in student-faculty interactions.
