Prabh Jot Singh, PJ, brings nearly 18 years of experience in admissions and student recruitment, most recently serving as Senior Associate Director of Admissions at the University of Southern Maine, where he also contributed as an assistant coach for the women’s soccer program. His career has spanned roles at Unity College and the University of Maine at Machias, where he successfully guided first-year, transfer, and international students while also supporting athletic recruiting, particularly in soccer.
Born to Indians from Punjab, PJ grew up and attended high school in Accra, Ghana. He has lived in Maine for 25 years and worked in College Admissions and Soccer at various levels for over 17 years. A passionate professional who enjoys working with students and their families on the college admissions process. He has two sons and they’re both born and being raised in Maine, which is why Maine is always going to be home for him.
Fluent in multiple languages, PJ has recruited and supported students from diverse backgrounds across the U.S. and internationally. His passion for building lasting relationships with students and families, coupled with his leadership in admissions and athletics, will be a tremendous asset to Thomas College.
