Robert Dippner, III

NECBA Baseball Coach

Robert Dippner enters his second year as the NECBA Head Coach, which he was promoted to in May 2024. He also serves as the full-time assistant coach and recruiting coordinator. As an assistant for the NCAA team he works with infielders, assists the programs offense, and is the 1st base coach.

Dippner spent four four seasons coaching at Mt. Blue High School, two of which were as Head Coach (’22-’24). Prior to his time at Mt. Blue, Rob served as assistant coach at Conestoga Valley High School from 2018 to 2019 and at Lancaster Catholic in 2020. Coach Dippner is actively involved in the youth and travel baseball scene and has served in multiple roles from 2015 to today. Currently, Coach Dippner owns and operates the Maine Sports Factory in Wilton, Maine and serves as the Director of Maine Prospects Baseball Club.

Robert Dippner graduated from Garden Spot HS where he was a 1st team all-star catcher in 1997 and 1998. He resides with his wife, Kristina, and three children, Hayden, Jackson, and Lea.
