Stephanie Dunton brings extensive experience in recruitment, onboarding, team leadership, and member support. Most recently, she served as a Recruitment and Member Support Coordinator with Conservation Corps North Carolina, where she coordinated recruitment activities, managed onboarding processes, maintained compliance requirements, and worked closely with applicants and members to create a positive hiring experience.
Prior to that, Stephanie worked as a Hall Director from 2019-2022 at Truman State University, where she supervised and mentored student staff, developed training programs, implemented conflict resolution practices, and supported student engagement initiatives. She also served with AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps as a Team Leader and Corps Member, helping develop and mentor team members while coordinating project activities.
A graduate of University of Maine Orono with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sociology, Stephanie is passionate about connecting with people, supporting individual growth, and fostering collaborative and inclusive environments. Her strengths in communication, empathy, leadership, and problem-solving make her a valuable addition to our team.
