Abby Dooley MBA ‘18 is known for going above and beyond her duties as Senior Admissions Counselor and for her positive, can-do attitude.

Abby, an employee of the College for more than four years, is being recognized as this month’s Terrier STAR for her exceptional customer service, being a team player, providing personal a experience, completion of a project, and improving systems/processes.

“Abby has made the Thomas College community shine brighter and have much more credibility due to her thoroughness and selfless work,” says a colleague.

Abby is known for her can-do attitude and will do anything to help the Admissions team or Thomas College. Most recently, she went over and beyond her job duties by covering the Welcome Center during the work from home period this spring.

“She always sees the positive side of every situation, has a smile on her face, and will go the extra mile to help students (current and recruits) get what they need,” said a senior colleague.

Abby’s job entails overseeing the Dual Enrollment efforts at Thomas College. She also oversees all Admissions recruiting events and when she does, she “thinks outside the box, so that we work smarter and not harder – all the while keeping the student experience at the heart of every decision she makes,” said a senior colleague.
