Mike Duguay, Executive Director of the Harold Alfond® Institute for Business Innovation (HAIBI) at Thomas College is known for his positive attitude and his dedication to helping students’ entrepreneurial dreams come true.

Mike has worked at Thomas College for almost five years – leading the charge in the creation of the Harold Alfond® Institute for Business Innovation and growing it immensely to serve our students. He’s being recognized for being a team player, completion of a project and improving systems/processes.

“Mike has gone above and beyond to expand the reach of HAIBI in service to our students. He has worked tirelessly with the Thomas team to bring in new credential programs for all students and to rethink how we go about preparing students for great careers. He has the ultimate can-do attitude,” said a senior employee of the College.
