Our Strategic Priorities

We Support the President's Office

We work closely with President Jeannine Diddle Uzzi to develop community partnerships, cultivate donor relationships, and strategize about the best ways to align with resources with needs. Erin Merrill, Vice President of Advancement, brings her 20+ years of fundraising experience to her service on the President’s Cabinet, providing expertise in external relations, donor communications, and capital campaigns to support the President’s work.

We Work with the Provost's Office

We partner with Provost Jeremy Qualls to support Thomas’s academics, developing relationships with faculty that help encourage their creativity. Through foundation relations, grant-funded projects, and capital improvements, we help our academic programs have what they need to provide the practical, career-ready training that is the hallmark of a Thomas education.

We Help Actualize the Strategic Plan

We use the College’s Strategic Plan as a roadmap for our work, helping connect the plan’s priority areas with partners who want to build the College of the Future. Wherever possible, we aim to bridge the gap between needs and resources, leveraging our expansive web of relationships to make a transformative impact on the lives of our students and campus. We inspire donors to collaborate with us as we share the vision for Thomas’s bright and sustainable future.
