Student ID Photo Submission

In addition to being passport-style, your photo should meet the following requirements:

• The photo should be in color with a uniform, light-colored background.
• You must be facing forward with your head and shoulders clearly visible. Please leave some room above your head and below your shoulders.
• Do not wear a hat, sunglasses, or anything else that blocks part of your face or head. 
• File format should be .jpg or .png and cannot exceed 1 megabyte in size.
• Include your full name in the file name.

Please note: All photo submissions are reviewed before activation, so approval time may be necessary.
