We uphold Thomas College’s code of conduct and foster a safe, respectful, and accountable campus environment. This office is also responsible for addressing alleged violations of college policies through a fair and educational conduct process, ensuring that students understand the impact of their actions on the community. The College emphasizes personal responsibility, ethical decision-making, and opportunities for learning and growth. By promoting integrity, respect, and shared expectations, the office helps maintain a positive campus culture where all students can live and learn successfully.

The office creates developmental learning opportunities that engage students in ethical decision making through the student accountability process, restorative practices, and campus programming.
