Jenn Field, Lead Custodian, is known for her supportive and hardworking nature.
Jenn, an employee of the College for a year and a half, is being recognized as this month’s Terrier STAR for providing a personalized experience and inspiring environment, her care, and her sense of community.
“Her team loves having her as a supervisor, and she is invested in each of them. She assists them in performing their duties in their area and is a constant support,” said a colleague.
“Jenn stops everything she is doing to put her focus on the needs of each individual who makes a request of her regardless of whether she is already completing a task. She does with confidence and grace and makes everyone a priority in the moment, and always without a complaint,” said a coworker.
