Luc Sirois, IT Support Technician II, is known for his personable and caring nature, and his problem-solving skills.

Luc, an employee of the College for a year and a half, is being recognized as this month’s Terrier STAR for providing a personalized experience and inspiring environment, and care and community.

“Luc works hard every day to make sure that everyone he works with has an enjoyable experience. He has a good rapport with everyone on campus. He ensures that everyone has their IT needs met and works hard to complete jobs to limit the impact of all students, faculty, and staff,” said a co-worker.

“Luc shows how much he cares about Thomas and the students, faculty and staff daily by diligently keeping items running and helping people solve one-off problems,” said a colleague.

“Luc always greets me with a smile and is willing to take on any task when called upon. He takes great pride in the work that he does behind the scenes every day,” said another colleague.

A fellow staff member said: “Luc has always been so helpful when he comes in to fix any of our IT problems. We are glad to have him at Thomas!”
