Parking Areas on Campus: Thomas College: Waterville, Maine

There are a number of designated parking areas around campus for visitors, students, faculty and staff. Please refer to the maps below to locate those areas. We’ve also included some helpful information.

Registration & Decals

All vehicles on campus are required to be registered with Safety and Security. In order to register a vehicle, please provide your license plate number and the make and model of the vehicle that will be used on campus. We require that decals are placed in the bottom left corner of the rear windows of all campus-registered vehicles. Decals are $5 per year and are charged directly to the Thomas account associated with the vehicle.

Students

All residents on campus should park in the lot at which they reside. (Grant, Parks, Heath (GPH) residents should park in back of the GPH residence hall or A Lot; Village and Bartlett residents students should park in the Village/Bartlett lots.)

Commuters should use the commuter lots on the North end of the Administration Building or B & C Lots.

Faculty & Staff

Faculty and Staff may park in the North Lot, behind the Ayotte Administration Building, the South Lot, Lots B & C by Bernachez Field, the GPH Staff Lot, or in the Red & Black Turf lots on either side of Vining Drive.

Snow Protocol

When plowable snow occurs, the following snow protocol will be in effect immediately for the removal of snow in Thomas College parking lots.

Note: Safety and Security will post signs on days when vehicles need to be moved. The signs will be placed on the GPH doors, Bartlett Entrance door and Townhouse 5 Door. Safety and Security will also send an e-mail to all resident students.
